Collaborate with a diverse group of departments throughout Mayo to analyze proponents needs, and goals. Assist with the enhancement of the function and quality of interior spaces while maintaining and monitoring existing building standards as identified by Facilities Services and approved by committees. Must be familiar with computer operating systems, AutoCAD and Revit and Microsoft software. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Fine Art, Interior Architecture, Art History, or Architecture. Experience with the design process including programming, schematics, design development and construction documents is preferred. Must possess strong interpersonal skills. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to define, prioritize and achieve specific goals and objectives with leadership competencies that include professionalism, honesty, vision, planning and team building. Must be able to work in a team as well as independently.
