Job Description
Our client in Georgetown, DE is looking for 9 interior mechanics to work on a customer VIP interior project. Candidates will be installing and maintaining interiors on BBJ 737's.
ResponsibilitiesProvide direction to Interior Mechanics, ensuring a fluent and solid understanding of aircraft interior component removals and installations.Perform upholstery, cabinetry, carpeting, finishes, and paint tasks.Execute interior modifications, design, conversions, and retrofits.Conduct post-delivery modifications including interiors, systems, and compliance upgrades.Repair, overhaul, modify, and retrofit structural components.Work on interior reconfigurations, modernization, and soft goods upgrades (bulkheads, dividers, ceilings, sidewalls, upholstery, cabinetry).Modify seats, in-seat power, flat seats, and premium seating.Install entertainment systems and monitors.Implement LED lighting systems.Handle thermal and acoustic insulation packages and paint.Essential SkillsExpertise in aircraft interior component removals and installations.3-5 years of experience with VIP aircraft interiors (corporate or helicopters).Proficient in the use of basic hand tools and equipment.Experience in interior modification, design, conversion, and retrofits.Ability to perform structural components repairs and overhauls.Additional Skills & Qualifications3+ years of interior removal, replacement, and modification experience.VIP interior modification experience.Possession of minimum required tools.Willingness to perform other functions and duties as assigned.Willingness to work any shift and overtime as requested.High school diploma or equivalent.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41.22 - $41.22/hr.
