We are seeking a talented and motivated Intermediate Architect/Job Captain to join our dynamic team. This individual will work directly under the Architectural Principal and Project Architect, supporting the delivery of projects through all phases. The projects supported are primarily data centers, generator buildings, and other highly complex infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Design: Contribute to conceptual design, client presentations, and studies.Documentation: Assist in design development, drafting, detailing, and preparation of construction documents.Coordination: Work closely with clients and in-house engineers, lead and mentor junior staff, and partner with the Architectural Principal.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data centers, generator buildings, or similar infrastructure projects.Licensure or on the path to licensure.

Work Schedule:

Hybrid Work Schedule: 4/1 (The entire office works from home on Fridays)Collaborative Environment: Face-to-face collaboration with architects and engineers in-house, providing ample opportunities for teamwork and professional growth.
