Seeking a 5-7 years Architect to join our firm on a full time basis. Actalent is hiring directly for the client, and this is a full time role with full benefits. Please only apply if seeking a long-term role and not a short contract.

Brief Job Description:

Intermediate Architect will work with a small team on high end, single family residential projects. Architect will be responsible for producing Construction Documents in AutoCAD. They will work on high end projects in NYC, meet with high net worth clients, and go on site visits.

Work Environment:

Very casual and vibrant office environment: casual attire, people bring their dogs, open bar for happy hours, play music. They go out together a couple times a month. Opportunity to work on high end projects and gain experience working with influential clients.Hours: 9:00 - 6:00 - overtime is uncommon Must work in office 5 days per week for the first 90 days. WFH on Fridays after that. Provides remote access/hybrid office
