Intermediate Architect (Healthcare)
Responsibilities: + Design and Planning: Develop and implement designs for healthcare buildings, ensuring they meet the needs of patients and staff. + Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept to completion, including feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments, and budget management. + Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with safety standards and local planning regulations, including healthcare-specific guidelines. + Client Interaction: Meet with clients to assess their needs, present design proposals, and make adjustments based on feedback. + Team Collaboration: Work with other construction professionals and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery. + Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and planners. Qualifications: + Education: A professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program. + Experience: Typically, at least 3-5 years of design experience, with a significant portion in healthcare settings. + Licensing: Registered Architect (RA) preferred, with the ability to obtain reciprocal registration if required.
