Intermediate Designer

You will be focusing on production interior design, including handling off drawings and redlining. Knowledge or experience in workplace interior, tenant improvement (TI), or corporate office work is beneficial as these are the central project types. You must be comfortable working at a fast pace and have the ability to balance 3 to 4 projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills and the ability to space plan effectively are also important. You will be using AutoCAD daily, and putting together and handling construction documents to ensure project deadlines are met. Job Responsibilities + Hand off drawings, markups, and redlining. + Conduct site surveys for each project. + Work on workplace interior, tenant improvement (TI), or corporate interior projects. + Manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically 3 to 4 at a time. + Space planning to effectively utilize space in blueprints and drawings. + Strong communication skills. + Use AutoCAD daily and have knowledge of SketchUp. + Move designs through each phase via AutoCAD. + Create and handle construction documents to meet project deadlines. Essential Skills + Proficiency in interior design and interior architecture. + Experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp. + Ability to manage redlines, markups, and production design. + Conducting site surveys. + Space planning skills. + Strong communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or design. + Knowledge of Revit is a plus but will be used minimally. + Experience with workplace interiors, TI, or corporate office projects.
