We are currently seeking skilled Desktop Support Specialists to join our team.\n
Position Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will provide end-user support, including remote and desk-side assistance, in response to service requests. Duties include but are not limited to:\n\nPC Deployment: Setup, configure, and install PCs and related devices.\nTroubleshooting: Maintain and resolve issues with information systems, peripherals, communication devices, and various operating systems.\nSoftware Installation: Ensure proper installation and functionality of required software.\nOperating System Support: Provide support for both Mac and PC operating systems.\nAccount Management: Create and maintain user accounts as needed.\n\n
Position Requirements:\n\nCertification: Must hold a current CompTIA Security+ (Sec+) Certification.\nSecurity Clearance: Must possess an active, fully adjudicated Secret Clearance.\nMust have a minimum of 3-years of Desktop Support experience. \n\n
