Purpose\:

As an Intermediate Electrical Engineer, you will provide electrical engineering services to Worley, and its customers.

Responsibilities\:

Perform electrical engineering such as\:

Deliver electrical engineering that meets Worley, its customers, and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget. Perform electrical engineering activities on medium and high voltage power systems. Perform studies, and analyses and provide recommended actions. Experience in verifying completeness and quality of work performed. Maintain a quality design threshold for the discipline through use of understandable quality procedures. Assist with the preparation of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data sheets, calculations, and reports. Assist and support less experienced personnel within the electrical engineering team. Ensure all work conducted conforms with agreed codes and practices, meets all requirements of the contract’s specification, and ensure all work is conducted within agreed schedules, budgets, and procedures in safe manner. Communicate effectively with the electrical engineering team and project stakeholders. Identify issues and problems, develop, and recommend appropriate solutions. Other duties as required. *

What you will bring

Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements\: 

Effective technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Worley and its customers. A good working knowledge of the fundamental requirements of electrical engineering, and the basic requirements. Experience with common electrical standards such as\: NEC, NESC, and IEEE. A good working knowledge of applicable international licenses and statutory and regulatory specifications. Competent use of electrical engineering specific software and relevant software. Technical and practical experience in electrical engineering in the same or similar industry including experience in working in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training\:

Required\:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an ABET accredited program. Must possess strong written and verbal English language communication skills. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) status in the United States. Minimum five (5) years’ experience in industry.

Additional info\: 

Salary\: $95,919.00 - $141,058.00 annually commensurate with experience. Benefits\: eligible for PTO, 401k, medical, vision, dental, etc.
