What You’ll Do Lead hydrogeological fieldwork, including drill supervision and installation of monitoring equipment. Analyze aquifer testing data and develop conceptual groundwater models. Solve complex groundwater challenges such as inflows, dewatering, and remediation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, innovative solutions. Prepare impactful reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders. Mentor junior staff and ensure project delivery meets scope, timeline, and budget goals. What You Bring Education: Degree in geology, civil/geological engineering, or physical geography with a focus on hydrogeology or hydrology. Experience: A minimum of 5 years in hydrogeology, within the mining sector. Technical Skills: Proficiency in aquifer testing, groundwater modeling, and instrumentation installation. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset. Field Readiness: Ability to work independently on-site and travel as required (valid driver’s license needed).
