**The role you will contribute:**
Assist the ERP leadership in managing the deployment of the ERP initiative (the Project) across all facilities deemed in scope utilizing best practices from the AdventHealth methodology on other system rollouts as applicable. The Implementation Manager will support the ERP Project leadership to strategize and define the overall roadmap for the Project rollout. The position includes supporting Project leadership in coordinating, planning, execution, and completion of projects across the ERP platform deemed in scope. The Implementation Manager must ensure all business, technical and hospital stakeholders are engaged, and projects are completed per the project plan schedule.

· Plan, control and execute project requirements, following AdventHealth methodology, to ensure business and information technology objectives are met.
· Ensure that ERP project activities are coordinated with other AdventHealth projects, limiting impact to facilities, resources and overall timeline.
· Define, manage and monitor program-wide reporting and tracking for customer and executive review.
· Work with Functional and Technical leadership for resource assignment to project activity.
· Work with functional and technical leaders to define/refine project roles and responsibilities.
· Work with facility, functional and technical resources to develop project plans detailing work break down structures and critical paths.
· Ensure requirements are contained within defined scope.
· Work closely with the Organizational Readiness team to champion and ensure execution of the implementation playbook methodology.
· Perform risk management planning, risk identification and mitigation.
· Document and drive issues through resolution, escalation to project leadership, functional/technical, and facility leadership as necessary. This includes the establishment, management, coordination, and exit of the cutover command center.
· Serve in a key leadership role engaging the hospital/facility project team and stakeholders.
· Develop relationships across the team to allow for cross-functional issue resolution and risk mitigation.
**The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:**
· Bachelor's Degree or higher
· 5 years of experience leading projects
· Proven track record assisting large-scale implementations.
· IT or ERP functional management experience.
· Experience with executive-level communications and presentations.
· Experience with Microsoft Project.
· Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio.
· Experience as a Team Lead or equivalent responsibilities as a project resource.
· Experience with project management principles and methodologies.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
· Continuing education and / or experience in Project Management, Organization Change Management, Business, Information Technology or other business-related software or practice such as Workday, Agile, Six Sigma, etc.
· ERP Cloud (Workday experience strongly preferred) system and process knowledge in the areas of HCM and FSCM
· Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources and/or the healthcare field.
· PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification
