Intermediate Project Controls Cost Specialist

TRS Staffing Solutions has exciting opportunities for an Intermediate Project Controls Cost Specialist role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement cost control procedures and work processes. Provide cost analysis and updates to management as needed. Generate reconciliation reports for commitments and expenditures. Implement and manage the change control process, including reviewing and approving change logs. Convert project estimates into cost control baselines. Collaborate with the cost control team and report to the Cost Control Manager. Support cost control and change management activities for projects. Prepare and review cash flow forecasts and payment schedules. Develop and update project estimates to support change management. Update and analyze monthly project cost summaries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls, with at least 5 years on large-scale projects, preferably in the oil & gas or mining sectors. Proven leadership experience is an asset.
