Intermediate Project Data Assistant
**40847BR** **Requisition ID:** 40847BR **Business Unit:** TSU **Job Description:** Overall Responsibilities: • Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, differences, and patterns. • Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings clearly. • Gather data from various sources, identify errors or missing data, and propose solutions. • Prepare and present data analysis findings in clear, concise reports. 1. Pay Application Reviews: • Compare CDM and contractor spreadsheets for hundreds of addresses. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between the two sets of data that may not be set up the same way. • Structure and organize the data for analysis. 2. Data Manipulation: • Track work completed over different time periods. • Identify and analyze trends in the data. • Identify issues with data and provide solutions. 3. Discrepancy Identification: • Find and address differences between CDM and contractor data. 4. Restoration Tracking: • Monitor and update the status of homes that still need restoration. 5. Data Organization and Presentation: • Organize data for clear presentation at meetings and other updates. • Generate graphs and visualizations to effectively communicate progress and findings. Required Skills: Excel Proficiency: • Generate graphs and charts. • Compare data across multiple spreadsheets and files. • Identify and investigate missing data. Familiarity with Systems: • Experience with Ebuilder, Kahua, Power BI, and GIS is a plus. • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly. Ideal Candidate: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent communication skills for presenting data and findings. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Maintains databases, enters new data, and validates and edits data according to specified procedures and documentation. Assists project managers and project staff with retrieval and extraction of project data and documents. Reviews and edits data and documents according to required standards and/or provided edits. Maintains project documentation by tracking documents and logging accordingly. Follows document management and control procedures.
