We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a PMP certification and a proven track record in managing and executing a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading project-based teams or independently managing projects with a strong focus on scheduling, project charters, and overall execution. This role is a gateway to potential growth as a Portfolio Manager, leading a team and overseeing multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.Develop and maintain project schedules and charters, driving project success through proactive management.Lead teams on projects in sectors such as manufacturing, software development, or pharmaceuticals, ensuring adherence to process-driven methodologies.Utilize Agile or Waterfall methodologies effectively, with experience in MS Project Enterprise.Oversee projects ranging from $300k, including analytical, paper-based, and energy construction projects involving materials such as concrete and steel.Apply change management practices to support project adaptation and stakeholder engagement.Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.Demonstrate analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities for knowledge-based projects.Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting for transparency and performance tracking.
Qualifications:PMP certification required.Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to lead both project-based teams and independent initiatives.Experience in sectors such as manufacturing, software development, or pharmaceuticals.Proficiency with project management tools, especially MS Project Enterprise.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Experience in managing change and adapting projects to evolving business needs.Strong analytical and organizational skills with an emphasis on process-driven management.Exceptional leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage small to medium sized projects, including energy and construction projects involving concrete and steel.
