Currently, we are looking for an Intern, Accounting - ABF to join the ArcBest team. The Intern, Accounting - ABF is responsible for basic accounting functions. Your contribution may include: * Prepare and analyze balance sheet and income statements for subsidiaries. * Compile intercompany account documentation and reconciliation between subsidiaries. * Complete various account reconciliations (clearing, prepaids, accrued liabilities, etc.). * Prepare various monthly journal entries. * Assist with quarter-end closing and reporting. * Other duties and projects, as assigned. As an Intern, Accounting - ABF, you will be a member of the ABF Freight Accounting team in Fort Smith, AR. This is a part time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload. Ready to apply?
