Intern, Ball Operational Excellence

Our Internship program is designed for students enrolled in an accredited University or College who are interested in developing on-the-job skills, experiences and insights that last a lifetime. Over the course of 10 weeks, you will have opportunities to learn about several areas of our business, network and collaborate with Ball leaders, and get involved in challenging project work. **What will you be responsible for?** + Corporate interns will gain hands-on experiences while working on various projects throughout the summer: + Assist in reviewing, monitoring, and analyzing performance in Personal & Home Care (P&HC) to identify optimization opportunities. + Support key projects aimed at improving efficiency, product quality, and overall operational performance. + Assist with identifying and analyzing improvement opportunities in Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations. + Support the implementation of small-scale projects that drive cost savings and efficiency improvements. + Help gather and analyze data from multiple systems to monitor performance and identify trends. + Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations on key performance metrics. + Establish tracking systems for Ball Operational Excellence (BOE) competition metrics to ensure accurate and timely reporting. + Collaborate with teams to support problem-solving initiatives and process improvements. + Participate in centrally-hosted professional development activities. + Participate in weekly check-in meetings with members of the team. + Participate in day-to-day office activities. + Attend a full-cohort week in Colorado during the internship. + Participate and report out/present on projects/other work assignments as needed. **What are we looking for?** + Minimum of a high school diploma and currently pursuing and enrolled to complete a Bachelors degree in a business related discipline at an accredited University or College. + Applicants must have completed at least one year of their degree prior to applying and have a graduation date of December 2025 or later. + job-related activities in a related field usually acquired through college courses or work-related experience **Compensation & Benefits** **- Hiring Salary Range:** $ 24 - 26 Hourly (Salary to be determined by the applicants education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.) - [This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.] - Ball includes a comprehensive benefits structure, Go to our career site and click "Total Rewards" to learn more. **Ball Corporation is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
