Canadian National Railway Company (CN) is looking for a highly motivated person to fulfill a full-time (40h/week) Intern, Business Analyst and Power Business Intelligence position in Montreal, QC from May - Aug 2025.

Job Summary

The Intern, Business Analyst and Power Business Intelligence (BI) is responsible for supporting the Vendor Partner Office (VPO) team in enhancing overall efficiency. Key responsibilities include organizing and refining processes, analyzing data to identify trends, digitizing key contract terms and conditions, and optimizing dashboards. The internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to impactful projects within the organization.

Major Responsibilities

· Help organize and refine processes for better clarity and efficiency

· Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can drive decision-making

· Assist in transforming important contract details into digital formats for easier access and management

· Support the enhancement of dashboards to improve data visualization and reporting

Requirements

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

· Familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics platforms

· Interest in processes, workflows and data management

· Knowledge of data analysis and reporting

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

· An undergraduate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance)
