We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Assistant intern to join our team. As a Project Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting project management and coordination efforts. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in change management activities, project execution, communication, and organization within a fast-paced environment.
Brainstorm as a team to foster change leadership mindset, expedite adoption mentality, and help build a positive deployment environment.
Collaborate closely with project managers and team members to contribute to project planning, scheduling, and execution.
Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including meeting agendas, playbooks, customer-facing letters, progress reports, and presentations.
Support the documentation and authoring of project workflows and playbook with MS tools as required by the project teams
Gain experience in stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration by effectively communicating and liaising with stakeholders across various AP regions.
Learn to maintain the upkeep of documentations and design of the project sharepoint site / resources available for the wider team’s reference.
Other key deliverables as assigned by Project Manager.

Requirements:
Must be able to commit for minimum of 6 months
Open to Non-credit bearing internship
Prior experience in project management or similar role.
Current enrollment in Business Management/Administration study or other equivalent programmes
High proficiency in Excel and Process Mapping related tools (Visio, Vlookup, Pivot tables etc.)
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to quickly adapt and pick up new tools and systems
Ability to work both independently and manage multiple priorities, projects and timelines at different milestones.
Strong eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to various phases of project development
