Comcast Spectacor oversees the Wells Fargo Center and its major transformation project, the Philadelphia Flyers, the Philadelphia Wings lacrosse team, the Maine Mariners hockey team, the Flyers Training Center, the Seoul Infernos OWL team, and Spectacor Events and Entertainment, a growing live events business that has already brought successful, new events to the Philadelphia area. Comcast Spectacor is headquartered at the Wells Fargo Center (WFC) in Philadelphia, PA. The WFC, the 4th most highly attended arena nationally and 7th most attended in the world is home to 270+ events per year, including the Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia 76ers, Philadelphia Wings, Villanova, concerts, and events. Comcast Spectacor is a wholly owned subsidiary of Comcast and maintains connected and disconnected networks within the Wells Fargo Center.
**Job Summary**
This role will report to the Director of Lacrosse & Community Operations. This individual will play a leading role in operating smooth, successful events like Sticks for Students, youth clinics, and volunteer opportunities. You will gain experience supporting an array of departmental and organizational needs at the highest level of professional lacrosse with the Wings, while also gaining experience and exposure to the internal dynamics of Comcast Spectacor and its entities, including the Philadelphia Flyers and Wells Fargo Center.
**Job Description**
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Assist with complimentary ticket fulfilment supporting our community partners.
+ Assist Community Engagement & Mascot Coordinator with Sticks for Students operations including preparation, set up, and execution of events.
+ Manage nonprofit donation request process supporting our communities fundraising efforts.
+ Provide support for all community initiatives including volunteer opportunities, fundraisers, player appearances and events.
+ Work with Wings alumni on various events and initiatives.
+ Must be willing to step in as Wingston, the Wings mascot, if needed.
+ Regular, Consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
+ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Salary:**
Base Pay: $8.00
