The summer intern in this group would help to develop process mapping of the various functions performed by ESD’s Controller team to create a written record of the process sequence of steps, decision points, inputs, and outputs. WORK PERFORMED:? Conduct a listening tour with the Controller’s team to understand their work.? Create a visual representation of each of the department’s processes, from start to finish. ? Communicate the steps, dependencies, and interactions involved in each process.? Help identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks and improve productivity. Minimum Qualifications Education level required: Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program.Knowledge Required: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word (PowerPoint a plus); Excellent written and oral communication skills.
