RUCKUS SE Event Coordinator Intern

 

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic events coordinator intern to join our Systems Engineering department and provide help managing the RUCKUS Technical Family programs. You will have administrative duties in executing our 2025 strategies, and opportunity to implement creative ideas to help achieve our goals.

 

As a Event Coordinator Intern, you will collaborate with the Marketing, Systems Engineering and Sales teams, to execute our Partner Enablement, Lead Generation & Recruitment event plans.

 

This internship will help you acquire Marketing and Operations skills providing you with knowledge of channel marketing and technical enablement strategies. Ultimately, upon completing your internship you will gain wider experience in a global, modern technology company setting, and should be ready to join any fast-paced international work environment.

 

Responsibilities and duties

 

Keeping Global SE Event planner up to date Liaise with regional teams (Sales and SE) to make sure information is up to date and complete Assisting local teams in event preparation and logistics (giveaways, demo kit, venue) Act as the point of contact for all SE events operational queries Execute pre-event checks for both in-person and virtual events: registration checkpoints, event preparation status checks, webinar sound checks, venue & logistics, etc. Support regional teams by planning and delivering Social Media posts promoting selected events (working with Marketing agency) Other administrative duties related to the success of the SE event programs

 

 

Qualifications and skills required

 

Enrolment in a Bachelor’s degree program required Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms Knowledge of MS Office applications Ability to multi-task and take initiative Flexible work schedule Experience with content creation a plus
