Intern, Experience Designer (Digital Experience & Customer Empowerment)
**Job Requisition ID #** 24WD81485 **Position Overview** As an Experience Design Intern, you will have the opportunity to co-create and update customer journeys that help Autodesk to create better digital customer experiences. Your work will include existing and new journeys, and you will work in a dedicated Journey Management platform. Our Digital Experience & Customer Empowerment (DXC) team delivers a seamless experience across our customer life cycle. **Responsibilities** + Document currentexperiences, pain points, and workflows + Analyze and connect qualitative and quantitative insights + Collaborate with designers, analysts, product managers to create future state journeys **Minimum Qualifications** + Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree seeking program with an expected graduation date in 2026 + Prior experience driving projects with a growth mindset + Passion for systems thinking and human centered design **Preferred Qualifications** + Prior experience with TheyDo, Smaply, UXPressia, or a similar journey management tool + Knowledge of UX and CX approaches + Prior projects working on service design + Interest/ knowledge in digital transformation **About the US Intern Program** The 2025 U.S. program runs for 12 weeks (May 19 – August 8 or June 16 – September 5). All internships are paid. As an intern, you will contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience, educational level, and geographic location, and can exceed this range.
