What you will be doing

· Assist in preparing and analyzing financial results to create actionable insights for operational partners to leverage and apply

· Engage with peers and team members to obtain knowledge to complete projects

· Develop and implement various frameworks and business intelligence reporting

· Liaise with other operational partners to advise decision makers or complete project requests

· Maintain accurate documentation and records on all projects assigned

· Follow all current standards utilized by your team

What will make you successful

· Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Seeking rising junior or senior applicants.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products. PowerBI or other business intelligence knowledge/experience is a plus.

· Excellent interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department

· Excellent oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact

· Growth mindset oriented – can implement feedback and work to continuously improve

· Demonstrated success at maintaining high personal work standards

· Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact

· Sharp, fast learner with a technology curiosity and aptitude
