Forensic Investigations & Intelligence Intern

Navigating Responsibilities 

The internship is based in Kroll’s Philadelphia office and provides students with exposure to a multidisciplinary, project-based, professional services environment. Day-to-day activities frequently include:

Aid with an array of financial analyses Critical quality reviews of reports, exhibits, and analyses, oftentimes in preparation for expert witness testimony Examining financial statements, bank records, tax returns, and other related documents Constructing, normalizing, maintaining, and/or analyzing large, complex sets of financial and non- financial data Conducting research. Students may also be asked to assist with various marketing and/or administrative tasks, including networking events and periodic office tasks. Opportunities for travel and/or client-facing situations may arise depending on the nature of the project and the eagerness and performance of the student.

The Ideal Candidate 

Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master’s degree in International Relations/Affairs, Journalism, Global Affairs, Regional Studies, Political Science, Law or other related areas of study, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or Management (with a concentration in Accounting, Finance or Economics), a degree focused on complex problem solutions from an accredited university or college Expected graduation date between May 2025 and September 2026 Excellent time management and organization skills Ability to master new tasks and industries quickly Demonstrated leadership experience and strong personal integrity Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment Demonstrated commitment to obtaining outstanding results Strong writing and analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly Computer proficiency and ability to maximize applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
