THE ROLE

As a Strategy Intern within the Global Sales team, you will support the development of strategic plans, craft recommendations, and assist with financial models for new business opportunities. You’ll play a key role in onboarding efforts, project execution, and helping drive value for our clients through data-driven insights and innovative strategies. This role is virtual but could be in-person if the right candidate lives in Buffalo, NY. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate cross-functionally with business groups to document and communicate business processes. Assist in the creation of presentations and storytelling materials that highlight strategic insights. Partner with stakeholders to improve efficiency and enhance workflows. Support the collection and analysis of data to inform customer development plans, including lead scoring, prospecting, and retention strategies. Research and identify process improvement opportunities. Contribute to RFP responses by gathering and organizing key information for proposals. Assist in developing financial models to evaluate sales strategies and business deals. Participate in special projects and provide ad hoc support as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this internship, candidates should possess the following:

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field. High emotional intelligence, intellectual curiosity, and a desire for professional growth. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving. Familiarity with data analytics tools, strategic frameworks, or sales strategies is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is a bonus.

COMPENSATION

$18 Per Hour Undergrad | $22 Per Hour Master's Level Student 

WORKING CONDITIONS

Location: Open to remote candidates or in person option if based in Buffalo, NY
