As an intern, you will get the opportunity, but not limited to:
Support the team on annual salary structures review exercise for the SEA countries, including review of market reward trends against current practices and benchmarks
Support the team in the conduct of benefit analysis across the SEA countries
Support in the review and consolidation of HR related policies and documents to set-up a HR C&B inventory
Assist in reporting and analytics work to support talent movements and a performance-driven culture
Participate in team projects and ad hoc duties

Requirements:
Undergrad / Degree in Business
