Interns will support critical finance-team initiatives while also sharing the responsibilities to support the day-to-day operations within the Internal Audit and Internal Controls functions. Interns will also have opportunities to interact and collaborate with team members from other functional areas of the business. **Job Description** Your internship experience with the Internal Audit and Internal Controls functions may include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities: + Participate in key Internal Audit and Internal Controls projects, including the following: + Development and implementation of an internal controls framework surrounding Endo’s sustainability reporting + Policy harmonization - assist in the development and/or harmonization of policies and standard operating procedures + Finance digital optimization (e.g., AI tools), which is being led by Internal Audit and Internal Controls + Development of detailed risk assessments (e.g., India operations, Information Security) to be utilized as part of the Enterprise Risk Assessment + Participate in internal audits, including planning, execution, and reporting responsibilities + Assist with SOX testing + Participate in governance and oversight activities relating to the Company’s outsourced business service provider function **Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:** At Endo, our diversity unites and empowers us as One Team, and we are committed to cultivating, and valuing, each person’s unique perspective.
