Job Description Summary
We are seeking student candidates with strong communication skills, the ability to think strategically, and demonstrate leadership potential. Interns will support critical finance-team initiatives while also sharing the responsibilities to support the day-to-day operations within the Internal Audit and Internal Controls functions. Interns will also have opportunities to interact and collaborate with team members from other functional areas of the business.Job Description
Your internship experience with the Internal Audit and Internal Controls functions may include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities:
Participate in key Internal Audit and Internal Controls projects, including the following:Development and implementation of an internal controls framework surrounding Endo’s sustainability reportingPolicy harmonization - assist in the development and/or harmonization of policies and standard operating proceduresFinance digital optimization (e.g., AI tools), which is being led by Internal Audit and Internal ControlsDevelopment of detailed risk assessments (e.g., India operations, Information Security) to be utilized as part of the Enterprise Risk AssessmentParticipate in internal audits, including planning, execution, and reporting responsibilitiesAssist with SOX testingParticipate in governance and oversight activities relating to the Company’s outsourced business service provider functionCommitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
