Join the 2025 FIS University Summer Internship Program!

As a 2025 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full-time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 2, 2025 and conclude on August 8, 2025. 

About The Team 

As an Internal Communications Intern within the Global Client Experience (CX) organization, you will help support internal strategic communications for the team. The Global Client Experience organization consists of client support, client success and client advocacy teams for the Banking Solutions line of business. Our team is on a mission to earn the loyalty of one unified, reliable, and flexible experience that delivers value.

In this role, you will create inspirational, meaningful internal communications that summarize complex information in an easy-to-understand way. An eye for design and storytelling will be necessary to help communicate our strategic vision and progress against our roadmap.

What You Will Be Doing  

Creates and writes internal communication for the publication of various materials, e.g., news releases, management briefs, articles, documentation, newsletters, personnel/management updates.Design presentation decks for internal and external settings. Development includes writing content/slide scripts and utilizing FIS Brand to design slides into a cohesive message.Schedule and Facilitate/Produce virtual team meetings.Determines need for and content of graphics to explain and enhance written materials and edits materials for content, grammar, format, etc.Arranges for production, duplication, and distribution of materials.Coordinates projects by determining project scope, deadlines, and resources.Maintains history file of company publications, product releases, etc. Provides general information to employees and/or outside organizations regarding the company, policies and communications-related activities and events.

Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of studyRising Senior (graduating December 2025 through May 2026)Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-motivated and willingness to learnExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
