About the role Department Information Technology Mentor's Title Manager, Global IT Infrastructure Start Date Summer 2025 (June - August) Compensation Paid Responsibilities Assist team in identifying issues reported by users via the Service Desk. Learn trouble-shooting process and change management procedures. Learn our IT Asset management system (Lansweeper). Learn our Network management system (SolarWinds). Assist with audits and reporting. Assist engineering team with various projects tasks including network and server configuration and testing. Create and maintain flow charts and spreadsheets in support of infrastructure projects. Perform other duties as assigned.
