JOB PURPOSE/ROLE/SUMMARY

Responsible for back office operations support and promoting quality customer care.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To assist in handling dispatch, including incoming and outgoing mails. To assist in signature verification for financial and non-financial request from customer . To assist in processing non-financial endorsement. To assist in scanned documents and disposal exercise To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Candidates must possess or currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Secretarial, Commerce or any other relevant fields of studies Applicant must be willingly to work in ALIM Klang Branch. Minimum 3 months’ internship period. Preferably to commence in September / October 2024 onwards. A fast learner, proactive and able to multitask.
