The Role:

You will be joining the SoFi Borrow Group’s Lifecycle Marketing Team to support our Student Loan Refinance group as a Lifecycle Marketing Strategist. The Student Loan Refinancing marketing program consists of one-to-one messaging channels including email, push, and in-app for the entire customer lifecycle from demand generation, acquisition, activation, onboarding and engagement.

**The candidate must be available for the entire internship period: Monday, June 16, 2025 - Friday, August 22, 2025 **

What You’ll Do: Drive lifecycle marketing program strategy with an owners mindset to improve business growth efficiency Develop, launch and track experimentation strategy across marketing channels Deliver against business goals by leveraging outbound channels (email, push notifications) and inbound channels (in-app messages, content cards, inline product ads) Deliver consistent reporting and story-tellings on program performance with the Student Loan Refinance team Stakeholders and other Lifecycle Marketing Leadership Collaborate with the following partners to drive a best-in-class member experience,  Marketing Technology Product Marketing  Marketing Analytics  Marketing Research Product Managers What You’ll Need: Enrolled in an accredited US-based university (working towards a Master’s degree) with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026  Must be returning to school for at least one quarter or semester after the internship Have no more than 12 months of professional full-time work experience (excluding internships and research assistant roles) Must be willing to relocate to San Francisco Bay Area and be available to work in the San Francisco HQ office Must be attending a US-based university for positions in the US Able to obtain work authorization in the US Nice to Have: Professional experience in marketing analytics, lifecycle marketing, marketing research, or product marketing Experience with the following platforms: Braze, Tableau, Amplitude, ClickUp   Previous finance or tech industry experience  Internship Perks: Access to senior leadership, including exclusive Q&A sessions with executives across all functions of SoFi Exclusive opportunities to contribute to a tech hackathon, to deliver a case study to the CEO, etc.  Development sessions for career, financial, and professional growth Opportunities to participate in company wide events like All-Hands and SoFi circles programming Networking socials to connect with fellow interns SoFi swag giveaways
