Join the 2025 FIS University Summer Internship Program!
As a 2025 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full-time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 2, 2025, and conclude on August 8, 2025.
About the role
FIS is looking for a Junior Account-Based Experience (ABX) Strategist to join our ABX team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will work collaboratively across multiple teams, platforms, and formats to drive account- and deal-specific campaigns that enhance sales, engagement, retention, and lead to positive customer behavior. You will be responsible for helping execute the Account-Based and Deal-Based Experience Program at FIS. You will be working with the team to execute strategic objectives and identify areas of enhancement and elevation of the program.
About The Team
Join a team of marketing professionals who specialize in Account-Based Experience (ABX) and Deal-Based Marketing. The goal of ABX is to drive a proactive, client-focused marketing and sales approach for a specific client. This collaborative approach between sales and marketing will determine where and how to meet the client’s unique business needs and objectives both near-and long-term. The goal of Deal-Based Marketing is to deliver high-value, customized and deal-specific marketing that shapes desired perceptions, enhances FIS’ competitive positioning and influences buyer decisions. This team utilizes a vast array of MarTech to position FIS and its solutions with the aim of ultimately acquiring a greater share of the clients’ business and earning their continued loyalty.
What You Will Be Doing
Goal: Advance existing sales opportunities and generate new deals through a targeted, hyper-personalized approach to build stronger relationships with our client and prospects
You will help plan, organize and execute programs that advance existing opportunities and generate new deals for the sales team within specific, targeted accounts and contacts
You will help develop 1:1 tactics designed to penetrate targeted accounts by shadowing an ABX team member
You will learn how to proactively engage with sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of ABX and DBM activity
You will participate in monthly reviews of named ABX accounts and communicate and educate the sales teams regarding new and planned marketing activities and programs
You will learn how to deploy marketing tactics and provide target marketing support on an account or deal using various channels including print, digital, events, and social media
You will assist in identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through best-in-class marketing techniques, and processes
What You Bring
Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
Rising Senior (graduating December 2025 through May 2026)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and willingness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
