We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement operations, supplier management, and supply chain optimization. You will work closely with our Procurement team, supporting day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives

Support VP/SD in US and directors in Asia onProcurement operations with outsourced suppliers including Foundry, OSAT, and Test house, including but not limited toStrategic sourcing : price, capacityBuilding relationships with suppliers and coordinating with related internal departmentsCoordinate with other dept on RFI/RFQWork closely with procurement teams in AsiaCoordinate between US EU and Asia sales among suppliers with Asia proc teamOrganizing QBR (Supplier performance review/Score monitoring)Arrange and join meetings with suppliersSupport travel arrangement
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling procurement tasks and documentation.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for vendor correspondence and internal collaboration.Technical Proficiency:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Familiarity with procurement tools or enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Ariba) is a plus.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions in a timely manner.Organizational Skills: Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $28.00 an hour. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
