We are collaborative, transparent and committed to our People and their work experience, growth and professional development. **INTERN, RELIABILITY ENGINEERING** **_Hourly Wage: $26.00 | Anticipated Start Date: May 27, 2025_** The Intern, Reliability Engineering is responsible to extract and analyze reliability data from the EAM/CMMS to identify trends and areas for improvement. Use data analysis tools to process large datasets, create reports on asset performance, and suggest reliability improvement initiatives based on findings. **The Impact You'll Make In This Role:** **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:** 1. Data Analysis: Extract and analyze maintenance and reliability data from the EAM/CMMS to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. 2. Reporting: Develop and generate reports to communicate findings and recommendations to the maintenance and reliability team. 3. Asset Management: Assist in the evaluation and optimization of asset management strategies to enhance the reliability and performance of utility assets. 4. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other team members to support ongoing maintenance and reliability projects. 5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of analysis, findings, and recommendations. **Your Experience and Expertise:** **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** **Education & Experience:** Student pursuing a position in reliability, industrial, or mechanical engineering or a related engineering technology field. Preference given to candidates in their junior year of a 4-year program. Knowledge of the power generation or transmission industry is beneficial. **Skills:** + Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook). Must possess strong mathematical, organizational, verbal and written, communication skills. + Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python). + Familiarity with EAM/CMMS systems. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. + Attention to detail and organizational skills. **Licenses and Certifications:** Valid Driver’s License **Physical Demands:** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
