The Role

To support the strategy function with the franchise sales department. This role will help with various strategic initiatives that are currently underway.

What you'll do Assist in preparing sales performance data to generate reports that help optimize sales strategies, identify trends, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) Key reports on the effectiveness of key initiatives Assist in sales process optimization and support the training process for new members Improves standardized training materials Assist in lead generation: Support the sales team by creating prospect lists, in line with strategic initiatives and engaging in initial outreach via phone or email. Incremental leads You'll be successful if you have Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication to collaborate with different teams, present data insights, and support sales staff in their activities  Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance and efficiency  Sales Process Knowledge: Understanding of the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure, and how to streamline and support each stage efficiently  Attention to Detail Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing processes, tools, and business needs, ensuring the sales operations function remains flexible and responsive Required Qualifications/Experience Be enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade school undergraduate or graduate degree program. Be an undergraduate Rising Senior or pursuing a graduate degree.
