**As an Intern, Sales Support, you will:**
+ Act as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring that Clients are warmly welcomed and assisted in line with the Tiffany brand.
+ Support the sales team in improving the client experience by enhancing store hospitality and personalized services, with the goal of positively impacting both sales and client satisfaction.
+ Assist with engraving stations and ensure clients’ special requests are handled efficiently.
+ Manage floor waiting lists and ensure accurate communication with clients regarding wait times.
+ Ensure the hospitality area is well-stocked, organized, and clean, maintaining a welcoming environment for clients.
+ Communicate any potential service issues to management to ensure smooth client interactions.
+ Assist with boxing, wrapping items, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
+ Keep all POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized, while assisting with transaction processes after clients make purchase decisions.
+ Support the operations team in following policies and procedures to ensure optimal store operations.
+ Help with inventory management and special projects as needed.
**Experience Required:**
+ Availability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
+ Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience (i.e., hospitality, etc.) is preferred.
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing excellent client service and the ability to balance multiple tasks.
+ Ability to work with a diverse client base.
+ Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
