This dynamic, customer-focused team acts as a central point of contact for deal management between Sales and the rest of the organization by liaising with multiple stakeholders to ensure that Sales have the information and tools they need to close transactions + Coordinate with Sales Support and Skyline Management colleagues in order to maintain accurate data on worldwide sales activity. + Prepare weekly reports used by the Sales Leadership team to monitor the organization’s progress on their quarterly mandates. + Create and collaborate the creation of various Senior Management presentations to highlight the Sales team’s performance. + Assist the Sales Account Representatives on transactional items (such as providing product brochures, obtaining quotes for customer-specific requests, drafting proposals, etc.) + Participate in the conception, development and implementation of new tools, reports, processes and databases to improve the overall Sales Support and Sales organization. **How to thrive in this role?** + are currently enrolled in a University program in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related programs. + are a team player and are highly reliable. + have demonstrated attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information. + possess excellent organizational skills and you have the ability to multi-task and juggle priorities to meet dynamic deadlines. + are bilingual (fluent in French and English). + are proficient in MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint). + _Salesforce experience is an asset._ + _Aerospace and Sales experience is an asset._ ​ **Boarding Information:** + Location: Administrative Centre (CA) + Duration: 4 months + Virtual or on site _It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose._ ​
