About the team:

EMEA Infrastructure Operations team is acting as a regional team responsible for the operations of a secure and highly available infrastructure platforms all over the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. The team maintains the reliability, performance and support of the infrastructure, this includes monitoring the operating environments, managing incidents and problems and maintaining a secure systems environment.

About the project:

Multi-agent systems using large language models (LLMs) can be highly effective for collaborative, complex, or modular tasks.

The idea is to simulate a group of specialized agents, each responsible for a specific role, working together to achieve a goal.

A Multi-Agent System integrated with Confluence and Jira allows retrieving, analyzing, and writing documentation.

It leverages Jira data lake to generate real-time dashboard and provide analyses/recommendations on productivity trends and best resources allocation.

This design ensures modularity, scalability, and efficient collaboration between agents.

What you will be doing:

Networking with other graduates as well as top professionals in your field. 

What you will need: 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 

Strong self-starter with a willingness to learn. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Language Model (LLM): GPT-4/NVIDIA NeMo for natural language processing and report generation.

Time-Series Analysis Models: Forecast project timelines and velocity trends.

Frameworks:

LangChain for orchestrating multi-agent tasks across Confluence and JIRA.

LlamaIndex to index tickets and documentation for fast retrieval.

Tools:

Tableau/Power BI API: Generate visual dashboards automatically.

FAISS: Efficient retrieval of historical tickets and knowledge articles.

Atlassian REST APIs: Seamless integration with Confluence and JIRA
