Purpose of RoleThe Intern, Supply Chain Planning (6 months internship), will be responsible for supporting the supply chain operation, strategies and projects of the supply chain team. They will have the opportunity to embark on a 360° learning journey and become a part of the team behind SAPAC supply chain.
Your ImpactEnd-to-End Supply Chain Process:
Collaborate with the team to oversee the entire supply chain, including inbound, warehouse, and outbound operations.
Inbound Operations:
Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and freight forwarders. Manage returns by working with internal teams (e.g., UA.com) and external e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. Ensure returned parcels are received by the warehouse by coordinating with warehouse and online channel teams. Maintain spreadsheets and dashboards to track inbound logistics. Prepare and distribute weekly reports.
Warehouse Operations:
Understand warehouse operational flows and their complexities.
Outbound Operations:
Work cross-functionally to align demand plans with sales and market demand. Assist in developing delivery plans and processing invoices for wholesale customers. Collaborate with Merchandise and wholesale teams to plan deliveries. Qualifications• Has a strong interest in Logistic and Supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business or related field preferred
• Analytical and presentation skill.
• Able to work with a team/independently where needed
• Willing to listen, include, and respect the beliefs of teammates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
