The Recruitment Intern will work closely together with the Talent Acquisition team to identify top talent and ensure a positive and smooth candidate experience. You will have the opportunity to look into the world of recruitment at a multinational company learning about hiring strategy and digital tools enabling us to effectively support our Talent agenda.

A day in the Life:

Reviewing applications and shortlisting CVs in our ATS and CRM systemManage the administration of the candidate lifecycle during the hiring processPhone screening candidates and assessing their suitability for our rolesWrite candidate assessments and present candidate profiles to the hiring teamsSupport recruiters with basic sourcing activities

Keys to Success:

Education

Ongoing university studies in the field of Human Resources

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Fluency in English, written and oralService oriented attitude and willingness to learnHigh energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal skills needed with the ability to communicate well in a diverse work environmentPositive can-do attitude
