Job Summary

We are very excited to welcome our new Intern, Talent Acquisition Solutions!

This role will support the Senior Manager and the Global TA Solutions in various tasks and projects. This role will primarily focus on developing the TA Analytics dashboard, ensuring data quality, and monitoring social media platforms. The Intern will gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and Project Management, with a strong emphasis on IT and HR Analytics.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
TA Analytics Dashboard Development:

Assist in the development and maintenance of the Talent Acquisition Analytics dashboard using PowerBI or similar.

Analyze data and generate ad-hoc reports to provide insights into recruitment metrics and KPIs.

Talent Acquisition Support:

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to streamline recruitment processes.

Support our regions with their incoming technical or process related questions.

Data Quality Auditing:

Conduct quarterly audits of data quality, including job postings and Workday completeness.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of recruitment data across all platforms.

Social Media Monitoring:

Monitor and manage the company's presence on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.

Project Management Support:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of Talent Acquisition Solutions and partner CoE projects.

Support the creation and management of project timelines, goals, and deliverables.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Prepare project documentation, including process maps, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

Ongoing upper-level education in Information Technology, Human Resources or a related field & active full-time student card at a Hungarian university.

Fluency in English is a must, Hungarian is an advantage.

Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

Exceptional customer focus, continually searching for opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.

Establish relationships and influence at all levels to achieve positive results.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Project management skills to be able to manage a variety of projects at same time.

Experience with PowerBI or other data analysis tools.

Solid presentation skills.
