The Intern, Talent Development will assist the Learning & Development Team within the Human Resources department in the creation of team member programs under Team Hackensack Meridian University. They will participate in the research and concept development of those programs. The intern will also assist in assessing the Learning & Development website, and will curate content from LinkedIn Learning and other virtual platforms. In addition, the intern will have an opportunity to rotate to the Organizational Effectiveness Team for assignments at the site level, as well as the Talent Management Team.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor's degree (must be entering junior or senior year). Proficient with the computer applications.Strong communication, public speaking, and customer service skills. Conscientious self starter with good organizational skills.Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
Undergrad business courses.
