Intern: Automation Analyst (Summer 2025)

About this Role

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Intern to support key projects for our organization as an Automation Analyst.  The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience working with automation tools. The Intern will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide insights to support decision-making.

What you will do

Responsibilities:
•    Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
•    Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making
•    Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
•    Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
•    Identify and mitigate project risks
•    Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
•    Continuously improve processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
•    Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to support testing and deployment
 

Who are you?

Requirements:
•    Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
•    Must have 30 cumulative credit hours and a minimum GPA of 2.75
•    Strong technical background and experience working with automation tools
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Trello

For all intern and co-op positions, the hourly range is set at $16.00 - $46.00.The hourly rate for these roles is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, academic classification, and degree seeking area of study. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
