Intern: Design Co-ordinator

An exciting position has arisen within the Design and Manufacturing Division, for a Intern: Design Co-ordinator in  Design Centre division. We are looking for a responsible, organised individual, who enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment where the customer is the central focus of everything we do. The trainee design Co-Ordinator role is responsible for ensuring that the styles follow the correct processes throughout the in-house critical path timeously, across all commodities within The FIX design team.

        

Key Responsibilities:

This individual is responsible for fulfilling the role of Intern: Design Co-ordinator within The  Design Centre division  This trainee design Co-Ordinator role is responsible for ensuring that all components are correct and available for the style which he/she processes through the in-house critical path timeously.. It is the Intern: Design Co-Ordinator’s responsibility to ensure the samples are made up timeously, photographed and ready for the QR capsule showing day with the retail team. The Intern: Design Co-Ordinator is responsible for ensuring all marketing samples are made up and handed over to the buyers assistant timeously. The Intern: Design Co-Ordinator is responsible for following up and handing over the BPS samples to retail teams timeously for the Omni process to happen. It is the design Co-ordinators responsibility to ensure all overseas samples are processed to sample room for ironing, photographed, ticketed and saved on the drive for the overseas presentation. It is the design Co-ordinators responsibility to keep all team members up to date of where all styles are in the process by ensuring a report of monthly styles is sent out every second day.

 

Qualifications and Experience: 

Matric and relavant tertiary qualification Administration

Skills: 

Microsoft word  Microsoft Excel  Microsoft outlook
