Key Responsibilities:
Supporting in Administrative Tasks: Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, maintaining files, and organizing HR-related materials. Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating HR policies and procedures, and facilitating coordination.Qualifications and Experience:
Have a relevant HR qualification – Degree or National Diploma A Keen interest in pursuing a career in HRSkills:
Have excellent administration skills in dealing with volumes of data in a fast paced environment Have strong Microsoft Office skills including proficiency on Excel Attention to detail and ability to multi-task Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills Enjoy dealing with people and have a strong customer service orientationBehaviors:
