Position Summary: As an HR Business Partner, you'll gain hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of HR activities, from event planning and intern coordination to strategic HR projects such as improving our onboarding process and managing our HRIS system.

Key Objectives of this Role:

Provide comprehensive support for the Summer Intern Program, including planning, coordinating events, and addressing any questions or needs from interns. Assist with crucial USHR operations projects, improving processes and systems such as the USHR Calendar, HR SharePoint for document management, and PeopleCore updates. Exhibit flexibility by contributing to talent management, HRIS, total rewards, and other HR projects or operations as needed.

Key Deliverables:

Develop and implement strategies to streamline the onboarding process, enhancing the overall intern experience from recruitment to program completion. Build and maintain an HR SharePoint site for document, procedure, and policy management, ensuring easy access and use by the team. Play an active role in managing and documenting HR processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance with legal standards. Successfully engage in various projects across talent management, HRIS, and total rewards, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.

Basic Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's (sophomore year or above) or Master's program in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field. Detail-oriented with robust adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional multitasking skills, able to manage concurrent projects efficiently. Independent and proactive, with a high level of motivation and quick learning ability. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a curious and eager-to-learn attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in SharePoint and HRIS systems preferred. 

Reporting Structure: Report directly to HR Business Partner’s.
