Job Description

The Human Resources (HR) Intern will collaborate with global Industrial Solutions Americas.

Essential Duties:

Support and prepare materials, documents, presentations related to enhance employee satisfaction by completing the following:Create and evaluate survey results for global employeesPrepare HR communications/campaigns/events globallyBenchmark other locations best practices for employee satisfactionConsolidate information gatheredPrepare, monitor, analyze critical location KPIsInnovative ideas to improve KPIsParticipate, coordinate, and support the Global HR meetingsOther duties, as assigned

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program pursuing a degree in data analytics, engineering, or similarMust be at least sophomore standingMust have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8 or higherAble to work a minimum of 24+ hours or more per week during normal business hours (Monday-Friday)Able to commute to our Fairlawn, OH ContiTech HQs 3 days/week (Monday-Friday)Excellent communication, writing, and speaking skillsAttention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)Able to prepare and create desirable videosCuriosity to learn new thingsWillingness to travel up to 5%Continental is not able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunityLegal Authorization to work in the US is required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced experience in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
