The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Benefits Intern to join our Human Resources team. As a Benefits Intern, you will assist in the administration of employee benefits programs. This position provides hands-on experience in benefits management and the opportunity to learn about a variety of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness programs.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong interest in employee benefits and HRExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
