 Intern – Investor Relations and Capital Markets

The Investor Relations and Capital Markets intern will be a critical part of a team that supports Visteon’s executive management team in creating messaging for investors, research analysts, business partners, and the Board of Directors. The role will provide experience in financial and market analysis, effective cross-functional communication, and project management.

Role Overview: The Investor Relations and Capital Markets intern will play a key role in supporting activities related to Investor Relations, Capital Markets, and other vital areas of the organization. This includes preparing the executive team for earnings calls, monitoring market and industry trends, creating deliverables for BOD meetings, and providing other ad-hoc analysis that will drive effective communication with investors, research analysts, business partners, and the Board of Directors. Additionally, supporting the analysis of Visteon’s debt facilities will provide an opportunity to further develop analytical skills and understand the organization’s capital allocation strategy.

 

Key Learnings & Project overview: Providing timely and quality deliverables that can be presented to leadership without significant oversight, working collaboratively with the Investor Relations Manager daily to drive progress in the Investor Relations and Capital Markets functions, and effective time management to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key deliverables will include supplemental data for earnings preparation, including summaries of peer/customer/supplier results, tracking materials and metrics published by research analysts, and other ad-hoc analysis. This role will also provide deliverables to support BOD meetings, including the preparation of slides and financial statement information. Other deliverables will include investor targeting summaries to present to management and the monthly analysis of Visteon’s debt facilities.

 

Organization Overview: This position will report to Steve Rochowiak, Investor Relations Manager

 

Required Education and Experience: Support the team in preparing all external investor presentations, including quarterly earnings releases, investor conferences, and non-deal roadshows Perform industry and company research to support and prepare the creation of slides for Board of Directors meetings Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts to prepare the CFO for executive committee meetings Support and prepare all other internal and external financial presentations for the VP, Investor Relations and Treasurer, CFO, and CEO Compile published analyst notes and financial models to keep senior management updated on Wall Street earnings estimates and opinions of Visteon Assist with the ongoing refinement of key messaging and market positioning based on company performance, market perception, expectations, peer performance and relative valuation Assist in updating detailed 3-statement financial models for monthly and quarterly results Support the Investor Relations Manager and VP, Investor Relations and Treasurer with ad-hoc analysis Perform peer research and conduct peer analysis benchmarking studies Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an anticipated graduation date of no later than May 2026 Demonstrated academic excellence; GPA of 3.0 or higher MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills Significant coursework completed in or experience with business, basic accounting, finance and economic concepts Strong analytical skills, quantitative skills, writing skills, communication skills, and computer literacy

 

 Work Location/Arrangement: Intern will work for 12 weeks
