What You Will Do:

The Guidehouse Internship Program staffs interns on real world projects, showcases the Guidehouse culture, and provides Interns with a meaningful experience at a global professional services organization. Interns work with teams and provide real-time deliverables in support of the clients. Each intern is paired with a Buddy to serve as a resource that can assist them in navigating their Guidehouse experience.

Highlights of the Guidehouse Internship Program include:

10-week experience in the Summer of 2025 (Anticipated to start Monday, June 2nd and run until Friday, August 8th)Learning & Development Sessions (both E-learning & Instructor-Led)Performance management, including developing goals and holding Mid-Point and Final EvaluationsNetworking & Social Activities and EventsCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Intern EventIntern Speaker SeriesCollaborative Group Projects

Guidehouse is looking for an intern to perform various tasks and support our Office of the General Counsel team this summer.

You will have the chance to assist the Legal and Contracts teams with regulatory advice and contract negotiation.Legal research and preparation of memoranda and other documents, as necessary, on a wide range of topics related to Government contracting, compliance, the Civil False Claims Act, and Government Ethics issues.Support compliance function.Advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and risks.Participate in negotiations with existing or prospective clients to establish terms and conditions for assigned contracts.Work closely with Deputy General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel on special projects.Attend Office of General Counsel staff meetings.

What You Will Need:

Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years Minimum Degree Status Required:  Current enrollment as a first-year student in a full-time law degree program. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the countryNo sponsorship is available for this position
